What is two factor authentication?

Two factor authentication requires you to enter a unique token upon login. We will send this token (a string of 6 numbers) to your email to make sure that it is you signing in to your account. This is just an additional layer of security to protect users on our platform.

The unique token is valid 30 minutes after it is generated, so if you wait longer than this you will need to generate a new token.
