What is a wholesale investor?

Some offers on our platform are only available to wholesale investors. If you invest in these offers, we will need to confirm that you are a wholesale investor. 

Wholesale offers are only available to wholesale investors as they may afford lower levels of investor protection than otherwise provided by licensed (retail) offers.

Why should I bother trying to certify as a wholesale investor?

If you are eligible for wholesale status, you can certify as a wholesale investor either through self-certifying criteria or by providing an eligible investor certificate. This will provide you with access to a broader range of private investment deals.
