How does Snowball Effect store data?

All investor information is stored under an encrypted AWS storage facility meeting internationally recognised ISO standards for data security and integrity which does not allow for information retrieval unless authenticated by a Snowball Effect administrator user. All requests to access files by Snowball Effect administrators are also logged for audit purposes.

Snowball Effect’s policy is to hold investor information for no longer than seven years as required by the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 which Snowball Effect operates under.
